Introduction
The website agamacoach.uk (the “Platform”) is operated by AGAME (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Platform and the services provided herein. By registering as a ‘Client’ or ‘Coach’, or by using the Platform, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
The Platform's Role (Brokerage & Jobs Board)
A-Game Coach acts as a curated brokerage and introduction platform. We provide a space for Clients to post requirements and Coaches to apply for opportunities.
A-Game Coach acts as a job listing platform. We provide a space for Clients to post positions and Coaches to apply for opportunities.
The Contract of Service: While we may vet credentials, any coaching agreement or contract for services is strictly between the Client and the Coach. We are not a party to that specific service contract.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that a Coach will find a placement, nor that a Client will find a suitable candidate.
Non-Circumvention (The Broker’s Protection)
This is a core condition of using the Platform.
Direct Hiring: Clients and Coaches agree not to circumvent the Platform by entering into independent coaching or employment agreements with parties first discovered or introduced via A-Game Coach without our prior written consent or the payment of the relevant platform/brokerage fees.
Reporting: Users must notify us immediately if a party suggests a direct engagement outside of the Platform’s ecosystem.
User Status & Vetting
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Coach Verification: Coaches must provide valid Identification, Insurance, and Qualifications as requested. While we perform baseline checks, Coaches remain solely responsible for the validity and expiration of their documents.
Accuracy: You warrant that all information provided during registration or job posting is accurate and not misleading.

Your use of our site is governed by our Website Terms and Conditions and you should take the time to familiarise yourself with these terms.
The Contract Between You And Us
You may initiate a hiring request or coaching engagement via our Platform submission forms or direct contact. By submitting a requirement, you are making a binding offer to engage our brokerage services to find or verify a suitable candidate.
Acceptance: A contract between us is formed only when we send an email confirmation of your requirement or verification status.
Payment: For paid placements or premium services, authorisation will be taken via your chosen method (PayPal/Card) upon our initial acceptance of the request.
Service Availability: If a specific coaching opportunity or candidate becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email to arrange a suitable alternative. We reserve the right to conduct additional security or vetting checks prior to finalising any engagement.
Pricing And Payments
Platform Fees: Any fees for job postings, premium placements, or brokerage commissions will be agreed upon during the “First Point of Contact” or as displayed on the Platform.
Changes: We reserve the right to update our fee structure with notice to active users.
Right Of Cancellation
As a consumer you have a legal right to cancel a Contract with us for bookings under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (“CCR”) during a specific time period. You have the right to cancel during the period that begins on the date of first contact ends .To exercise your statutory right of cancellation, you can contact us informing us of your decision to exercise your cancellation rights, and by providing us with your details including your name, address, contact number, email address.
If you cancel your Contract with us you will be entitled to a refund. We will process the refund no later than 14 calendar days from the date we receive the communication.
Written Communication
All formal communication regarding engagements or Platform usage will be conducted electronically, primarily via email or notices posted on the Platform.
Legal Compliance: You agree that all electronic contracts, notices, and communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Service of Notice: Notices are deemed received 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of any physical posting. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact email remains current and accessible.
Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)
We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: strikes, civil commotion, pandemic, natural disasters, failure of public or private telecommunications networks (internet outages), or government restrictions.
Suspension of Service: Our performance is deemed suspended for the duration of the event. We will use reasonable endeavours to find a solution or workaround to resume services as soon as practically possible.
Other
Third-Party Rights: This contract is strictly between you and us. No other person shall have any right to enforce its terms.
Transfer of Rights: you may not transfer or assign your rights under these terms without our prior written consent.
Entire Agreement: These terms, and any documents expressly referred to in them, constitute the entire agreement between us.
Right to Amend: We reserve the right to revise these terms to reflect changes in market conditions, technology, or legal requirements. Your continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Law And Jurisdiction
Any contracts entered into between you and us shall be governed by English law and Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
