We’re seeking a Data Coach to join our clients fast growing team. As a Data Cohort Coach you will be responsible for guiding the learning experience for apprentices and helping them reach their full potential
Key responsibilities include:
- Guide apprentices to successful, timely completion of their programme
- Master group and individualised coaching techniques to enhance apprentice learning
- Adhere to coach quality frameworks to ensure a consistent level of quality for every coaching session and a consistent experience for every apprentice
- Create a vibrant, inclusive and motivating environment that drives apprentice learning, engagement and overall satisfaction
- Maintain an owner’s mentality, whether while working with assigned apprentices or in support of other coaches
- Work with Ops and other supporting teams to review and action the data provided
- Engage with apprentice managers for synchronous progress reviews using the information provided by the ops teams
- Focus on results related to the programme health of your apprentices, implementing interventions in partnership with operations team members to ensure learners stay on track
- Utilize resources & learning opportunities provided by Multiverse, stay up-to-date on knowledge, learning and product updates
- Build & maintain credibility with your apprentices by utilising a mixture of professional experience, program/domain knowledge and client context
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 3 + years of professional experience where you have used data on a daily basis to make informed business decisions
- Strong expertise in data collection, processing, and analysis, with proficiency in Excel and BI tools
- Exceptional written, verbal and on-camera communication and presentation skills
- Practical experience teaching, mentoring or coaching professionals in an academic or commercial environment
- Demonstrated mastery of coaching best practices and/or openness to develop in this area
- Passion for delivering the best learning opportunities and supporting others on their development journey
- Experience managing and developing positive stakeholder relationships; as a coach
- Belief in the principles of applied learning
