Description
We’re excited to be on the look out for a Learning and Development Manager to oversee the learning and development of staff on resort at one of the country’s oldest holiday resort companies. The L&D Manager will support our client’s team to have a fulfilling and memorable career.
Key responsibilities include:
- Able to communicate at all levels and will always role model our client’s values
- Training our team and leaders to deliver the best possible service to our client’s guests
- Look for new ways of developing people throughout their careers
- Providing learning on a vast array of topics from broad cultural or compliance training for all
- Impact team members and the resort leadership team
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Operational experience within the hospitality industry
- The ability to design & deliver specific training requirements
Desirable:
- CIPD qualified or hold a coaching qualification
Additional information:
Based in Boner Regis you will work closely with the L&D Managers at our client’s other resorts and the central Learning and Development team.
